Abstract
The Universe has two domains: Life and Non-Life, which manifest the dimensionless relativity ratio with basic codes. For life is a/b = a/(1-a) = (1-b)/b (Floating Ratio), and for Non-Life is a/b = (a + b)/a = 1 + b/a (Golden Ratio). Life and Non-Life can be connected and co-exist by the two fractional distribution functions of “1”.The Mass Action Law (MAL) Median Affect Principle leads to the Unified General Dynamics Theory and algorithm, which provides an interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary common linkage of parameters for computerized digital research and development informatics.
